The First Amendment actually allows flimsily-defined &quot;news organizations&quot; to publish people&#039;s private and confidential information that was acquired through illegal means? Can they pay for such information as well? I can only hope that the reason this is permissible is because Sarah Palin is a public figure and that private citizens are still protected from having their financial and medical records published wherever some website feels. Otherwise, maybe our First Amendment needs a little amending.</description>
