		<description>Regarding interviews in restaurants and cafes, try to select those that are of a moderate noise level.  Too soft and everyone will be privy to the conversation; too loud and neither side can hear each other.  I went through the latter scenario a year or two ago (I was the interviewee).  The college kids who asked to interview me chose a Starbucks that was jam-packed with people, and it was a very difficult conversation to have; their attempt at transcribing the recording must have been frustrating to do.</description>
