I wonder if KB’s reading in Ann Arbor, a fairly well known college town, was set up by Graywolf, or her own publicist?
That depends on what you mean by “set up”. Assuming Kate could fly herself from San Francico to Ann Arbor (or hitchike) and find a place to stay and food to eat and transportation to and from the bookstore I guess you could consider that Greywolf had a role in setting up that reading. So Greywolf made a phone call and Kate did everything else.
