But seriously… we need a debate about when writers should get paid, and Harlan’s as good as any to kickstart said debate.
Question: Will things just go on as they have for the past ten years — lots of free reading, imagery and YouTube clips on the Internet, forever?
Or will some fantastically advanced payment system abruptly put an end to the brief era of free content?
