    Woah - that’s like a scene out of Re-Animator or something.

    I saw this year’s World’s Ugliest Dog competition on Animal Planet. The widow of that ugly dog Sam was competing, but alas, she did not win. She was out-uglied by a dog that permanantly had its tongue hanging out the side of its mouth. :-D His name is Archie, there’s a picture of him here:
